In the app (fastest)
Open Settings → Contact Support or Settings → Feedback. This sends your message straight to us along with basic device info, which usually means a faster, more accurate answer than email alone.
By email
Write to us at support@keephold.gaeloutcome.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Before you write in
- Make sure you're on the latest version of KeepHold — Settings → About shows your current version.
- If something looks wrong with your inventory, try closing and reopening the app first — most sync hiccups resolve on their own.
- For billing or subscription issues, refunds and cancellations are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play, since that's who processes your payment.
